Salesforce Overview
Salesforce is used at Splash to track our programmatic implementation efforts as well as our donor information. As a Salesforce user please note that you may have access to certain Salesforce functionality that others don’t and visa versa. This is normal and depends on what you are responsible for doing in Salesforce.
This training overview aims to accomplish the below agenda/process items and is not meant to be an in-depth training of Salesforce.
Please reach out to your manager for a detailed review of Salesforce and your responsibilities within this system.
For instructions on how/when to update Salesforce please refer to the Splash Salesforce Tutorials (Salesforce login is required) and Introduction to Program Data at Splash.
