Scheduling a meeting
There are two ways you can schedule a Zoom meeting:
From Outlook - suggested method, which is covered below
From the Zoom desktop application - Follow this Zoom process to setup a meeting from your desktop
Schedule a Zoom Meeting from Outlook:
1. Click the ‘Schedule a Meeting’ button along the top ribbon of Outlook under the Home tab.
Contact the IT personnel in your office if those icons are not available on your Outlook window.
2. In the next window, for easy setup, simply click ‘Continue’
Once you have completed these two steps Outlook will create a new meeting invitation with the Zoom meeting link in the invitation, see below. From there you just need to fill in the meeting details by adding attendees, updating the Subject, selecting a Start and End time.
