Sharing Calendars

At Splash we share our calendars with each other for communication purposes so we can easily see one another's schedule.

All users at Splash can see if you are busy or not via the ‘Scheduling Assistant’ in Outlook. The below process adds a level of visibility not set by default for all team members.

You are required to share your calendar with your direct reports and Seattle lead. For an updated list of Splash emails ask your supervisor.


How to Share Your Calendar:

1. In Outlook, click on the Calendar button in the bottom left corner.

2. Along the top on the right side of the screen click on Share Calendar

3. Via the Add button enter the email address of the team members you would like to share your calendar with

4. Be sure to leave the settings to Can view all/full details

5. When you receive an invitation from someone inviting to see their calendar, make sure to click Accept in the email.
