Joining a meeting
There are two main ways to join a meeting:
From your computer
From the Zoom room TV
From your phone
Joining from your computer:
Simply click the Zoom link in the meeting invitation as seen below. Your Zoom meeting will automatically start.
Joining from the Zoom room TV
Provided that there is a zoom room that is equipped with a conference TV, You can simply join meetings by using the unique Zoom meeting ID from your computer.
To join from a Zoom room TV
- Open the zoom meeting link that you have received as shown on the figure above.
- On the zoom TV select the option Join.
3. Fill in the digits that are shown on the Zoom link of the meeting you have received from your computer and hit the Join Meeting button at the bottom.
You have now successfully joined a meeting on the conference room TV.
Note that after joining, it might display a window saying "waiting for the host". This means that you have joined the meeting before the host did so wait till the host joins.
