Sharing your screen

Below are the simple steps to share and stop sharing your screen with others.

 

To share your screen with others…

  1. Hover your mouse over the Zoom meeting window

  2. Click the green ‘Share’ button 

3. Then select the screen you want to share. Normally the screen you want to share is the one Zoom selects for you

  4. Click the blue ‘Share’ button

To stop sharing your screen….

  1. Locate the red ‘Stop Share’ button along the top of your computer screen

  2. Click the red ‘Stop Share’ button

Note - In most cases you need to stop sharing your screen for others to share theirs and visa versa.
