Sharing Your Calendar

At Splash we share our calendars with each other for communication purposes. To do so…

  • Click on the Outlook application on the O365 Home Page
  • In the bottom left of the Outlook app click on the Calendar button
  • Along the top on the right side of the screen click on “Share”
  • Enter the email address of the team members you would like to share your calendar with

Be sure to leave the settings to “Can view all details”
